Yechiel Stern
President
Mr. Stern is a Founder of Celluris. He is also co-founder of ATVIO which was sold to MasThercell. He is involved in the Pharmaceutical arena and expanded its customer base, serving government and private clients to over 20 countries. Cultivated an extensive range of contacts in the global pharmaceutical market. Mr. Stern owns companies in Israel, Switzerland and South America including Carmel-Iso Ltd, Celluris AG and Celluris Participações Ltda.
Patricia Bortman Rozenchan
Executive Director, Research and Development
Dr. Rozenchan has 18 years of academic experience in oncology, mostly in tumor microenvironment field, with prior roles included Cell Therapy Laboratory Research Chief at Colsan from 2012 to 2016. Dr. Rozenchan has a Ph.D from São Paulo University (USP) in Oncology with post-doctoral in molecular biology from Federal University of São Paulo (UNIFESP) and has recently graduated in cancer biology and therapeutics program, a one year training program from Harvard Medical School. She has conducted research projects at two important Brazilian universities, USP and UNIFESP. Also, she previously served as a consultant for new business in the company since June 2016. Now as our Research & Development Executive Director she leads the manufacturing operations, oversees process development and coordinates research operations more broadly, integrating our pipeline.

Lazer Biederman, our Director of Operations, is a seasoned professional known for his expertise in optimizing processes and driving efficiency. Lazer’s journey in the world of operations began with a strong foundation in logistics and supply chain management. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, where he gained valuable insights into streamlining processes and resource allocation. Lazer has consistently delivered impressive results throughout his career. He excels in identifying and solving operational challenges, fostering high-performing teams, and aligning operations with broader business strategy. Lazer’s forward-thinking approach and commitment to excellence continue to propel Celluris to new heights.

Mariana Saldanha Viegas Duarte
Project Analyst
Responsible for developing and structuring protocols in the research and formulation of products aimed at immunotherapy with CAR T-cells. Graduated in Biological Sciences with an emphasis on Biotechnology, with a cum laude diploma from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) and a master's degree in oncology with an emphasis on immunology from the National Cancer Institute (INCA). She has more
than 7 years of experience developing immunotherapies using CAR-expressing immune cells. She won the young scientific talent award (Evandro Chagas Award) in 2019 with the work “Evaluation of the antitumor effect of Natural Killer cells expressing chimeric antigen receptors against murine melanoma cells”. Active participation in the preparation of the scientific article “Development of CAR-T cell therapy for B-ALL using a point-of-care approach. OncoImmunology”.
